FK-5112 is an environmentally friendly clean agent fire suppression solution providing proven, safe, and reliable fast acting fire suppression. FK-5112 has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and a global warming potential (GWP) of only one
and has an atmospheric lifetime of three to five days making FK-5112 an ideal
solution for the environment.
FK-5112 is ideal for use in occupied areas where studies have established that the agent is low in both acute and chronic toxicity with high safety margins between its normal use concentrations and the No Observable Adverse Effeft Level (NOAEL).
FK-5112 is a fast acting agent, designed to rapidly absorb heat to the point where combustion is extinguished by the lack of heat. Once actuated, Pyronics’ FK-5112
